What you would do
- Build and work your own pipeline — outbound to businesses that fit, inbound from the site, and a real follow-up habit on everything that goes quiet.
- Run the first call yourself: what the business runs on today, what it costs them, and whether Comsky is honestly a better answer. Sometimes it is not, and saying so in week one is cheaper than losing them in month three.
- Demo the products you sell. You will open Comsky Cloud or CRM in front of a prospect and drive it, not read a deck at them.
- Quote against the published rate card, and escalate anything needing an exception instead of discounting on your own authority.
- Keep the CRM honest. A deal that is not written down did not happen, and a forecast is worth exactly the hygiene behind it.
- Hand a closed account to Customer Success with the context — what they bought, what you promised, and what they are still worried about.
What we are looking for
- 1–3 years selling B2B software, cloud or IT services to Indian businesses. A target you can talk about honestly counts for more than the logo you carried it under.
- You can hold a technical conversation without a sales engineer beside you: what a VM is, what a backup is actually for, why a business should move off spreadsheets.
- Written English good enough that a proposal goes out without being rewritten first.
- Genuinely comfortable with outbound. Most of this pipeline will not arrive on its own.
- Hindi and English both — the buyer switches between them mid-sentence.
How the selection works
- A 20-minute call about what you have sold and how you sold it
- A working session: we hand you a real prospect profile and you tell us how you would open it
- A conversation with the business head about territory, target, and what support you would actually get
- Offer
