Can I start using Comsky Mail today?
We’re revealing it today and opening it to businesses in stages. Register your interest and we’ll contact you as soon as your turn comes. Registered businesses hear first.
What will it cost?
Pricing will be shared with registered businesses first, with founding-member pricing for early sign-ups.
When does it open?
In stages, starting with businesses that have registered. We’ll write to you directly — no newsletter in between.
Can I keep my own domain?
Yes. Comsky Mail hosts mailboxes on your domain — [email protected] — and gives your admin control of domains, mailboxes, aliases and shared inboxes.
What happens to the mail in my current mailbox?
We copy it across, message by message, check what was copied, and keep syncing until you switch over, so nothing gets stranded.
Why is it so fast?
The app keeps a working copy of your mail, so actions like archive and snooze happen instantly and sync in the background. It keeps working when your connection drops.
Do I need to learn shortcuts?
No — everything works with a mouse. But J, K, E and R will get you through your inbox faster, and Ctrl+K shows the shortcut for anything you do.
Is there a mobile or desktop app?
Comsky Mail runs in your web browser. Apps will follow; registered businesses will hear first.
Can we send marketing campaigns from it?
No. Comsky Mail is for person-to-person business mail. Keeping bulk mail out protects your domain’s deliverability.
Do you use our mail to train AI?
No. Your mail is never used to train or tune a model.
How is this different from Comsky Chat?
Chat is for conversations with your customers over WhatsApp and website chat, and it’s live today. Mail is your company’s own email on your own domain.
