Four inboxes, and the
rows where they differ.

Every other tool in this table picks one connection to WhatsApp and lives with what that connection cannot do. Comsky Chat runs both, and adds your website chat to the same thread list.

Where the others are the better answer

Periskope has been running WhatsApp group operations at scale for longer than we have, and teams that live entirely inside groups find it mature and quick. If you never need a website widget, an AI agent or more than two roles, the comparison is closer than this table makes it look.

Wati is the right choice if compliant official-API marketing is the whole job. It is built on the Cloud API end to end, templates and all, and it does not pretend to do anything else. You pay Meta per conversation and you give up groups, and for some teams that trade is correct.

Intercom is a deeper helpdesk than we are. Its reporting, its help centre and Fin have years of work behind them. It is priced for a Western support org, it is not WhatsApp-first, and WhatsApp groups are not part of it.
