A real application window with its own taskbar icon and unread badge. It opens on a start screen showing what is waiting for you, then straight into the inbox. It signs in once and stays signed in, so the inbox is where you left it after a restart.

Windows may show a warning the first time you run it — choose More info → Run anyway. It installs for your user only and asks for no administrator rights.
